In this class, students will learn how to make sourdough bagels at home! Topics covered include: how to correctly mix, properly roll, and carefully shape bagels. This class will also cover boiling, topping, and baking bagels. Students will leave with their own baked bagels to take home, as well as a laminated Instruction Sheet.
