Italian // $40 // 2 hours

This class will cover two classic Italian loaves: focaccia and ciabatta. We’ll be covering a naturally-fermented version, so there will be some instruction on sourdough starters. The majority of the class will be spent mixing and shaping our loaves, and then baking them. Students will leave with a loaf of focaccia and ciabatta, as well as a laminated instruction sheet.
