Pie crusts have been a labor of love for me as a baker! I love a flaky, yet hearty crust. I prefer to let the crust stand up with the pie fillings as something just as flavorful. I’ve mastered a few techniques over the years that you’ll learn first-hand. In this class you’ll mix up pie dough and shape/fill the pie to take home to bake on your own. We’ll also cover how to shape galettes and handpies. You’ll leave with your unbaked pie (pop it in the freezer to bake later for special occasion!) as well as a few treats that we’ll bake as a class.
