Sourdough 201 // $65 // 2 hours
In this two hour class, students will get more in-depth with all things sourdough, including different ways to maintain and feed a starter; dough additions like fruit and herbs; different shaping techniques; how to score to control shape; and (everyone’s favorite!) troubleshooting dough problems! Students are encouraged to come prepared with questions and will leave with a baked loaf of bread, two new starters, as well as a laminated Sourdough Guide to stash away in your favorite bread book.
